Also,

For those wondering where John Beebe is...a little research provided me with the insight that he is having his own website built, so I think we'll be hearing from him again soon.

Additional research on biorefineries surprised me as to how many plans there are out there. This is really an up and coming thing. Portsmouth and Chesapeake VA are really looking into it.

And even more additional research mixed in with some speculation made me wonder if part of the way that Perihelion (which by the way means "closest to the sun"-I LIKE that)will be paying for the biorefinery plant they just bought through the use of tax credits.

When the government wants people/busineses to invest in different things to help the economy, they give incentives in the form of credits. One great credit, which has helped to revitalize our downtowns has been the historic building tax credit. I know a man that made a cool six million dollars put right into his pocket because of that credit...and in return he is helping to totally revitalize the Manchester district of Richmond VA. Worth millions and millions to the city and people of Richmond. You take the risk, you do the work...you get the manpower and the loans...and the govt rewards you.

Same thing with this biorefinery stuff. There was one plant bought recently where the buyer is going to be paying for it through $40 million dollars worth of tax credits.

John H Beebe is a genius, IMO. And to those who are wailing about too many businesses....poppycock! Building a business is building a business....the same basic steps are required no matter what field the business is in. Just get several good people to manage the businesses and it's really not that difficult.

The only thing I hated to see was trading on the Berlin exchange. Lots of shorters over there. If I were Beebe, I would get off of that exchange ASAP. Maybe when the new OTC company is formed that can be accomplished. Cheers!
