I don't understand what you don't understand when it was said to you that the SEC laws apply equally to any public newswire.

Where in the WORLD do you come up with the notion that if PHGI used Business Wire instead of Market Wire that the SEC would be all over them? That simply makes no sense.

I retired from the Treasury Dept and I think that I pretty much know how the govt works. What PQLResearch told you is 100% correct. What you are saying is quite simply, for lack of a better term.....NUTS!
