If one assumes that the BQI land is as potent as
the Suncor land, with
BQI having a larger land mass and being 1/40th the market
cap....one could
possibly come to the optimistic conclusion that BQI could
be worth 40 times more...and 40 x $4.50/share=a $180/share
comparative value for BQI.
