Producing & Selling In Houston

I no longer debate the Permit issue. People here and at RB want to discuss it ad nauseam. You would think people would have better things to do. It is just another attempt to confuse and distract from the tangible progress being made.

By all appearances Houston is Producing & Selling conventional and OD-66 oxygenated biodiesel. This fact alone should make any Permit issues a moot point. Regardless, from the posts today, it looks like we may have an update from the Company soon, so hang tight.

One more time (sigh):

When USSE/SSTP announced on May 22 their Joint Venture with Agri Max Fuels LLC, Agri Max was already Producing and Selling up to 15,000 Gallons Per Day. Agri Max already had all the required Permits, even for Blending, so this JV is a brilliant move to introduce OD-66 to the public quickly. Agri Max has been Producing & Selling since early this year. The JV purpose is to greatly increase the Production capacity.
