WRII filed REG D for private placement of common stock to accredited investors (like banks, investment firms etc.) today (8/23/07) after the market closed. Its just another way of taking a company public (probably from the PK's to Nasdaq in the long-term).

The way Rodriguez filed it was pretty smart imo. This way the company still has control over a lot of what happens with shareholder value.

This stock has institutional backing now! I think it'll move higher over the next 6 months or it could happen sooner...?
