Let me put this a different way, since you didn't reply to my "break it down" challenge earlier.

Consider the possibility -- just the possibility mind you -- that someone who shorted TCLL into oblivion was counting on these NJJ shares to cover a short.

We had a HK poster this morning ahead of the news. He/she has read my reply. This person offered no specific links or information, just a vague reference to an industry web site... a hit and run... and nothing but a shame on you post...

The liability to former NJJ Stockholders of $24M is in respect of the escrow share agreement to purchase NJJ. The period of the agreement will terminate on August 24, 2007 and the liability calculated in accordance with the agreement is $3M. Thereby the liability will be reduced by $21M. In addition this agreement will cancel and terminate 120 Million common stock shares of Tricell Inc. Our issued and outstanding common shares will be reduced to 220 Million common stock shares.

Maybe you aren't familiar with this stock before 2006. Maybe you should be.
