ceez, even if all us I-Hubbers voted against the share increase, it would still pass. The Bunker Hunt's of this co. will vote for it(as I did), and their #'s count. I really think the funding thing is a non-issue. The co. has enough cash for now, and outside contracts may be appearing soon. The further along they can develop their products before partnering, the more $ they can get for them.
