I will not be voting in favor of the share increase at the shareholders meeting. Skoob I read your statement that if we don't vote for it that we should sell and move on. That is not going to happen. My fellow investors that I work with have decided that there is not sufficient reason to double our O/S. I know you made the point that they may want to have the capital to buy other companies when the stock hits 10 bucks, but I am not worried about that right now. I am more worried about where the financing is coming from and if we cannot get it, why not? Money is pouring into bio techs and if CYGX cannot get their hands on it, I am concerned. I am more worried about the stock getting over 1 dollar than it getting to ten. I believe in the technology and the scientists working for CYGX, but I will never completely trust the management of a company, especially with all the leaks they were doing last year to bottom picks or whatever they were called. I believe that you must always question someones motives and I have no answers for CYGX's motives right now. They must prove it to me. I will not call Lawrence to get the answers. If they want the votes they have to earn it. Other than that, I am long on CYGX's technology and plan on sticking for the long haul. I know this may irritate some of the board members, but I cannot blindly follow management no matter how impressed I have been with them so far.
