Please remove PLKC from your iBox listing. CEO recently stated in latest 10-QSB that a "3rd" revised letter of intent was signed with Pluginz on August 1 with a 30 day closing date.

However, CEO stated in 10-QSB: "As of August 20, 2007, we have not closed that transaction and we do not currently anticipate that the merger will occur".
