"Survival" is a key term for this generation. It is however not a community spirit, ...and having been born in Berkeley and a member of those who walked the Haight-Ashberry district in the 60s, it's hard for me to ditch the attitude that people matter more than things. Christ Jesus confirms that life is more than meat and potatoes and cars and houses.

There is a way to do things that bears fruit but the fruit is not sweet. It's sweet in the mouth but becomes bitter in the belly.
