IMHO, from an individual, not group, perspective (aside from not touching this stock until it settles down which should be a given):

--If this r/m contains toxic financing, then one would be better off trying to buy at the bid and sell at the ask.
--If one doesn't belong to a "like-minded" traders group, then one would be better off trying to buy at the bid and sell at the ask.

--If one as an individual investor chooses to buy at the ask before learning more about the issues and details surrounding the current situation-- the benevolence to the rest would be appreciated -- but one's individual ability to survive as that type of trader is questionable at best.
