Also RE the PNMS FRAUD

I have asked a couple of SEC lawyers regarding this whole issue of trading your certs for PDRs and this also considered an illegal sale of unregistered securities. This is due to the fact the the certs are MEDALLIONED beofre being sent. that makes them a fully negotiable financial instrument. The SEC was alerted about these illegal sales this afternoon and given Theresas contact information as she is front and center on the illegal activity
