Coolhotzone7, is Vern's "source" a current or former GTEM officer?

"Vern's "source" is sporting a crisp new Welles notice."
If it were true, does that conclude that Vern is under investigation? Or his source?

Can you prove that your contention is anything other than rumor, other than referring me to "ask" another anonymous message board poster, whose integrity you may or may not doubt in the first place? Can you yourself show proof? A link? A news article? A filing?

I would speculate that if a Wells notice was sent to a current or former GTEM officer, then the investigation would likely involve GTEM or the activities of one of it's officers.
I have seen no proof, though, of any Wells notice being sent to anyone, in this current SEC investigation of GTEM. Thus it is a unsubstantiated rumor at this point.

"A "Wells Notice" is a letter sent by a securities regulator to a prospective respondent, notifying him of the substance of charges that the regulator intends to bring against the respondent, and affording the respondent with the opportunity to submit a written statement to the ultimate decision maker."
