I'm at work, so doing this from memory. How about a brand new problem ...

Machine is a 840D, with 3GB RAM, Raptor 150 drive, NVIDIA 6600, Logitech wireless KB and mouse video card. It's been remarkably stable, until recently.

The machine locks up - and I mean, cycle-the-power-locked-up - at random times, that seem correlated to using Firefox 2.006. The only clue I've ever received from Windows XP Pro (fully current, at least for today), is that a video driver deadlocked in a thread. Yesterday, I found the most current video driver for my card, and installed it. Still happens.

I'm stumped. Any clues?

Regards,

rr
