We positively are going to loose it all. And that courtcase is just a fantasy of his , his Don Quijote side, he adores suing people like Young Oil ( Awarded as best oil man of the year), Porcari ( this one is an insider that has discovered how crazy the thing is turning, it is Sancho Panza discovering the truth), and who is going to be the next ? OMDA & Associates, company specialized in crazy lawsuits. Never extracted a drop of oil, only knows how to extract money out of shareholders.

I would assume he is issuing paper like crazy in hopes of avoiding a fully paid government sponsored holiday when the SEC finishes investigating this. As we have learned here Lawyers are expensive!

Iam just wondering what he did with the money he collected when he increased the number of shares from 1700 to 2500 millions , as at that time the price per share was quite high and he collected a few million of dollars with that operation. He probably spent the money in the casino.

Barnett and Jones have egregiously mislead this Court regarding Barnett’s past which is disastrous. Barnett’s “oil experience” was being a “cook” at “Outback Steakhouse and Bennigans”. Operating an oil cooker for fried foods according to Barnett & Jones is stellar qualifications to being a “Chairman” of OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (Source: Barnett sworn deposition in the Houston, TX Dist Court case cited above.

The only thing we need to know now is when is Adam Barnett going to jail for the OMDA OIL scam. I just hope biotechmedics put him between bars for what he did as well. We all have been done by this scammer. All is invention and false information. He said he was not going to increase the shares and look at this vast amount, we have more shares than general motors

I hope the SEC and the general attorney call him and open a courtcase, that would be at least a real one , not all these ones he has invented just to spend the shareholders money. I wonder what he has done with the money he got when he started issuing shares from 1,7 billion to 2,5 billions and the price was quite high at that time, so he did collect a few million bucks with that. It is all gone...."
Geez, 1.7 BILLION shares diluted to 2.5 BILLION shares. And what did you get for it? Stop coming over here and looking for a handout.
