At this point retiring shares would not only help out the share holders it would help out SMMW. It would give SMMW more power and also increase the value of the company. Thus, give them more power for future ventures. Then after SMMW gets the ball rolling and becomes very profitable ( I hope ) they can do a forward split or authorize more shares for future ventures. JMHO
