Mschere, the chronology of litigation matters between Qcom and Nokia resembles a chess game. Like the one played by the person who played the IBM computer some years ago. In other words the battle between Nokia and Qcom is a matter of actions and counter actions. You did this so I am did that.

In fact, it is like the war of the roses. No one wants to play fair at this time or concede they are wrong or are both wrong. And therefore they can not find a way out of the quagmire.

Where did I leave my belt, I am going to get this resolved once and for all.
