Where is the SEC and FBI on this? Hey I realize the FBI has better things to do then search for stock fraud, but that is part of their job. Good luck guys. This is a sad stock. They definitely took the money and ran. If you do you research you will see some scary stuff. The president of the shell Raymond McNamee is banned for life from penny stocks. Our government is so slow at moving in on these types of people that it makes me wonder if the SEC is awake. I remember old reports stating that they were trying to find the people shorting the stock. This was well planned out for a long time and doesn't take a rocket scientist to see. People need to start knocking down every door until they get answers.

Look at the first document it lists his name at the bottom. How could this stock every be anything other then a penny stock when the person involved in it is the ultimate scamster.
