I'm not trying to manipulate anyone at all here. Folks are welcome to buy and or sell USSE as they wish. My real true view in that this stock, like all stocks have good prices to buy them and good prices to sell them. There's no judgement of the company in that at all. The best company in the world has both buy and sell points.

There are those here such as you that seem to feel that simple facts shouldn't be posted here at all unless they support USSE and that posting information that implies negative aspects of the challenges that USSE face is being negative in itself.

Here's a hypothetical for you. I have been given a copy of the interim SEC report on the Order of Investigation started in April. The function of interim reports is to conserve resources by suggesting whether or not an investigation should broaden, change direction or be abandoned.

Here's my multiple choice:

1. The report exonerates USSE/SSTP and John Rivera of all wrongdoing and suggests that USSE/SSTP be dropped as targets and the investigation closed.
