I could not agree more..prices can fall much, much more. In Florida especially.

I am not wealthy, but have friends in Washington DC and Annapolis, MD. who have million dollar homes bought within the last couple of years and INTEREST ONLY loans. Are these people freaking crazy?

I couldn't sleep at night in that situation.
