Never fear. Pedro the Donkey has initiated an "internal affairs investigation". I am guessing it might also be into the allegations that Mike Terrell has been losing the company's money (raised so difficultly through German offshore dumping programs) through his casino gambling addiction.

Pedro wanted me to convey a similar message yesterday, but the servers on campus were all shut down in order to upgrade the emergency power systems.

Essentially, he wanted everyone to know that no one can be banned from the Foundation without following the required protocols and due diligence. As of this morning, Pedro still had not received a request for the approval to ban a member from the Foundation.

Due to allegations from both sides, an internal affairs investigation has been initiated.


TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

As of: 15. 08. 2007 at 1540h, PTY time, Republic of Panama. The office of the Protector of Fundacion Pan America /FPA) has not received any request for approval from the Foundational Council of "F P A" to ban a Beneficiary (s) from "F P A ". This procedure requires a protocol for approval.
