10 % MIN and 10% SAFE may be too much. That would require a 40% move from last BUY to next SELL and vise versa. Bond funds USUALLY do not move that much.

I forget how AIM-HI is set up but I would just use regular AIM with 5% safe and 10% min order size or use LD-AIM which will give you larger trades for the buck with 5% SAFE and 10% min order size (make PC twice the stock you buy and keep everything else the same)
