Actually we wouldn't have much CDN junior exploration if they didn't have access to the capital markets. Granted many CDN juniors here in Canada are just paper salesmen. But it's the one out of the thousand that often finds the next potential motherload that the big boys latch on to and develop. So goes the old saying " definition of a mining company ? about bunch of liars standing around a hole in the ground. " They serve their purpose , they just leave a lot of victims along the way.
