I know!!!! It boggles the mind to go back over it. For Dutchess to be taking this risk and they are, they are expecting a pretty good return compared to their original deal which went sour on them to some extent. Your comment about Dutchess coming into DNAG and cleaning house should remind everyone how dire the situation had become for DNAG. But slick Richard saved the day imho. Now all we need is continued negotiations to take place to bring all the interested parties to a successful agreement. Whether that be next week or in the upcoming weeks is anyone's guess, but methinks it is on the table as we speak!!!!
