Dmceng-I think if Dutchess thought DNAG had ZERO, NADA, ZILCH, they would have closed DNAPrint's doors long ago! Dutchess would have taken all of DNAPrint Biofrontera stock money and sold off all assets.

But, no, they turn and do something beyond belief and even relieve DNAPrint of making pmts of 40% of Biofrontera stock sales!!!

Dutchess just lets DNAPrint roam free (release assets)to do what?? why would Dutchess do this??

I think within a week we will have the long awaited answer to why Dutchess let DNAPrint off of the hook so much!

If you buy it's up to you..
I wish all of the DNAPrint holders the best of luck and when(I don't think IF) DNAG soars, everybody have FUN!!!!
This board should be alive with the sound of HAPPY shareholders!!
