Billions of shares and no revenue is not a good combination. Even trading @ 3 cents the market cap is around $50 million. I don't see how USSE deserves such a high valuation until it gets some national recognition, but it can't even seem to get any of the 4 Mississippi Congressmen to endorse it first. That's not a good sign imo.
