yeh. in fact they could end up not paying. i watched it too. he said something like "optimistic that we'll be able to pay the dividend."

obviously he cannot come right out & say that he will be able to, and, if they can't now, then they cannot know that they will be able to...which i guess is enough to scare him in the first place.
