Maybe JR has PLENTY of cash, and has no intention in selling more shares until:
1 The commercial reactor is producing biocrude at 90% capacity
2 A biocrude refining process is completed, that has the capacity to keep up with production.
3 The fuel passes market regulation tests.
After JR has a complete commercial process with a product that can be sold, he will be ready for the next wave of expansion. I suspect this wont be until 2008, so I dont expect JR to create any selling opportunites until then.
The shorts are outraged that they cant dump their shares for profit, but the longs just keep buying on the dips. JR is eager to please, but unaware of his own limitations. This has not helped him to maintain a decent share price, but it has given his loyal shareholders a unique buying opportunity. If JR had hired a decent PR company, I'd have had to pay twice as much for my shares, but JR would be no further along...
