taxman - Are you talking about Online trades or even call-your-broker trades as well?

Scottrade will do them over the phone at the Online rate but they won't let you do them yourself online.

A few weeks back I tried to do a buy online and had to call my local ST flunky. After he placed the trade for me, I asked him if I could change the Buy price online if I wanted to. He told me I couldn't do it online that I'd have to call back. Just for chits and grins I tried doing it online myself and was able to do so. He didn't know what he was talking about in that respect.
