It doesn't take much imagination to come to the conclusion that Terrell is a crook. He is still in charge of the PDR exchange and this company doesn't appear to have much going for it outside of that story.
The Venezuelan Bonds ruse was used by CSHD so that leaves any of PNMS's claims about income from these types of bonds highly suspect.
If Terrell doesn't want to be known as a crook, the time to have started proving he isn't was when he promised access to funds "within two weeks". It is now going on two months and not only can people not access their finds from the exchange, but the money seems to have mysteriously disappeared.
Blaming it on a software error is laughable. One would only need to make a simple entry to people's accounts to correct the discrepancy, but he hasn't even bothered to do that.
