Litwit, it should be obvious to you that I'm not amicus or accurate, or badrguy. Have to say, though, I very much miss them. They were truth tellers. You were successful in getting badrguy banned from the board. What's the matter, you can't get "investor hub" to do your bidding anymore? Maybe they just know to much about Lanza these days...

Don't be surprised, though, if amicus and accurate to show up any day now. I've got a feeling they still have a dog in this fight.

But no, I'm not them. I know it is hard for your corrupt soul to understand, but I'm just a shareholder that Lanza has lied to and stollen from and I want BD to become an honest company, with honest PR, run by honest people with integrity, to realize whatever potential it might have for the benefit of all shareholders and the stock price. That is my simple and honest agenda.

And Lou, you damn well know I'm telling the truth about my agenda. And you damn well know it is a cheap shot to suggest otherwise.

For the record, I sort of feel bad for you, having to publically correct the latest PR scam, and parse the meaning of words like "acquire", which of course is representative of what the whole problem is with BD. Yeah, the past is prolougue and nothing changes with BD.

But I'll give you some credit for trying to tell the truth --- and maybe it is more than just trying to protect yourself from a lawsuit.
