I respectfully disagree with you sir, I don't see where you come up with the term "culprit". I see an honest sell off of a stock that is going down an uncertain road. If they lose this latest battle with Nokia then the stock could go to 5, why would an investor not sell when faced with that possibility. Wall Street does not like uncertainty. Of course I am willing to roll the dice and if IDCC wins it could finally send the stock over 100 but in the eyes of the big boys once that decision goes in IDCC's favor they can always jump back on the train.

Seems like anytime the stock goes down many on this board start yelling conspiracy, doesn't make any rational sense.
