It's affecting me (lack of picture)
It shows:
1) Management arrogance: Chen now has had time to look at a Q&A from potential investors suggesting that this may be an issue. This takes about 20 seconds to correct - yet Chen responded with some smart remark rather than fixing the problem.
2) Lack of communication: Despite 2 emails from me to staffers maintaing the website several weeks ago, the problem was not corrected. Nor did they fix the other distorted pictures of some of the other management key players.
3) Lack of understanding the importance of proper PR and presentation: It shows that management is ignorant or incompetent in terms of public relations; especially after they made such a big fuss about Hartwick's appointment.
4) General stupidity: If there is no response to such a simple request, it starts to breed questions in people's (my) mind, whether there is something fishy going on - all of which are totally unnecessary. I can't think of any other website I know, for example, where a CEO picture is NOT posted.
