Trade, UC appointed West as CEO - UC was the single director and president/CEO ... and West hired Frizzell as legal counsel

To answer your question about taking over the company. I'm not sure how much shareholder % it requires in Texas but a group of shareholders with large holdings in cmkm forming a share holders committee working together can force a share holders meeting

They can ...... With control – do many things

Oust West
Fire Frizzy
Appoint a new CEO & Board
Demand answers
Demand to see books
Disburse the ENT shares by share holders of record

Need to look at Texas rules & Regs

Of course these options have been open to share holders from day one

I’m sure everyone is hoping Frizzell and West are on the square
However, with so many broken promises and outrages claims made by them along with moves made way too late.
There may be some a major problem ahead for them - by share holders

Many of the shareholders rooting for them are now questioning the slow and late action
Along with failure to keep their promise of keeping the share holders informed

If Frizzy and West didn’t become involved – just maybe someone else may have
Another lawyer (Gene Heard started the suits) or another group of share holders

This TOIG thing (and the pumping and cheerleading from a group of share holders) has hurt their credibility - big time in my opinion

And of course there is the other side - if my aunt had b*lls - she would be by uncle
(Twice removed)

There is no win, win with CMKX/M

It’s only
LOSE, LOSE, LOSE

For the share holders

all of this is just my opinion after 4 years of watching this
scamorama called cmkx
