He was not talking about transport permits BUT FACILITY PERMITS. Get it? If you don't have the permitting for the facility it does not matter if there is 1 or 200 reactors or if you have sales orders for a gazillion gallons of product, you CAN'T PRODUCE.
If you follow the thread of my posts from day one it has always been my question, why you ask, because I was in the consultanting business and dealt with these agencies for years. Not in this discipline but it dosen't matter the theme is the same.
So the same challange that I made to Bluemax applies to you, on Monday go to the MDEQ website, find the number and call the bio permitting section. You will learn a lot, for one thing there is no application applied for among other things.
Oh and BTW, ask him how long the process is AFTER they receive the application and ALL supporting documents. 6-12 months at best.
