When the finance deal was announced, it went right down to the low $2.00. There was never millions of shares traded at the $2.50 to $3.00 range. You have to have that in order to short against the box.
So how could they have shorted against the box? There was no volume buying of he stock at those prices. I don't see how it was shorted against the box in the last financing.
