My first post on this board ever...

I believe it is Crucial that the Company take action to counter the "bear raid" that continues against our shares...and I have let them know...To me it is obvious what has happened, in a series of events, orchestrated by a large money entity...The timing is not at all suspect..The opportunity was there for the raid...

There is No time for the Company to delay in taking action...I believe they missed their chance Wednesday...and damage has been done...to many owners of IDCC...

I have sent 3 emails in 3 days and I am sure Janet is getting a bit overwhelmed with calls and mail...But IDCC needs to know how all the investor base feel...let them know..

Professional traders knew the Uptick rule was to be changed after July 5...Goldman was "out" of long positions, for the most part, by June 30...Short interest has grown by 2,000,000 shares in the past 4 months as well...timing...hmmmmm...???

This repeal of the Uptick rule was Wrong Wrong Wrong...It should only have been repealed for large cap liquid trading stocks and ETFs..(I have a very strong opinion on this)...

IDCC has an enemy out there with new weapons to use...We can't keep getting attacked and do nothing...

This Company is a winner...but if they are Not "market aware" and do Not support the share ownership...we will experience "death by Wall Street"...
