Do you have any first hand knowledge that Jasper actually practices Deming`s Continuous Quality Control principles?
I don`t know of any company that doesn`t try to eliminate as much waste as possible but few actually go to the length of adopting Deming`s principles. I worked for one that did and actually met Mr. Deming. Not to try to glorify it, he happened to choose our table to sit at during a lunch break at one of his seminars. A regular guy when he`s not talking biz, but "take no prisoners" when he is.
I thought it was a pretty good article for the most part. Unless you have first hand knowledge, why would you find it necessary to take a quote "The latter process, he said, also involves much waste", and spin it into something much more than it was?
