There are no real questions here that haven't already been addressed. You will not hear of any commercial sale from the company period end of story. Just like transport of the "shipment" was delayed because license and permits had to be paid for and obained so will facility permits have to be received prior to commercial production. What makes you think this facility would be exempt? Do you think Delta Bio Fuels next door wouldn't scream bloody murder or any of thousands of industrial complexes through out the country that had to endure the time consuming and expensive permitting process?

Your question at this point should be why wasn't this process started months or years ago? As of last Tuesday there was no application submission or contact from the company with MDEQ, funny that the last contact was with Kelmer and that was "six or seven months ago". Oh and BTW, if they submitted their application and supporting documents today the time frame for approval would be six months to a year.
