Yes there are many reasons not to block SVChost. that's what we are telling you. Svchost is how some of your programs connect to the internet.

You have the best security you can get on your Terminator. ZA is just scaring you.

Do this. When ZA asks you, click no but not save this answer. If the program or link you expected to start doesn't, then the next time click yes and save the answer.
