Question for the CEO on paying for touts.

I spoke to Mr. Haag, the IR guy at Virtra, and asked if the firm had paid anyone at the Police Policy Studies Council (PPSC). You may recall that at least one statement made by those folks was effusive ("It IS the art"), as if scripted by an ad man.

Mr. Haag said that Virtra had known nothing about PPSC and had been approached by that group, and there was no quid pro quo.

I believe Mr. Haag was speaking the truth, as he knew it. Could someone ask the CEO whether there was any payment, or to give further details on the relationship between Virtra and PPSC? I think I read that Virtra does pay otcjournal, the folks who write up that description of the firm's progress, so I wonder.

The underlying question is, how good is the technology, compared to that of richer competitors?
