Well guess what, Dan has stated in the past that he will not RS, and I think that would include a REVERSE merger. From what I read of RJs post, the only reason the MAtrix deal did not close, was because Dan would not do a REVERSE. So I guess that may tank that idea, I feel if Dan does do a reverse, then that will be the straw that breaks the camels back, and SMMW will need a miricle to pull off anything.
