Hamby has been in business several years now. No products, no sales, no financial reports. When he was raising $ 3 years ago, I along with some other investors gave him some capital and we were promised a return on our $. We were told by Tom Gavin on the conference call we had, that EHDT at the time would be the 1st pink sheet co. who would report on a monthly basis there financial picture. Never happened. Well from there we have documentation of e-mails and press releases issued by Hamby and Gavin that were fradulent. They got the angels $ and used it to live on. This co. is a shell run by a thief. Sure traders and MM might run the stock. But the bottom line, Hamby is a thief who has to be put out of business. The investors who got robbed are in process of taking action. We'l let the SEC and courts decide if Hamby-Gavin defrauded investors of there $. The main investors lost between 10,000-20,000 each. Anyway keep on dreaming about this fraud-shell co. Hamby is preparing himselve the next scam, can't remember pig, fish farms, or invinsable investors from Dominica, Atlanta, Newport, CA, Canada, and now Germany.
