JR appears intent on getting Stanton out and the pending lawsuit on Stanton's USSE shares may or may not reduce Stanton's stake in USSE. Stanton's ownership/involvement in SSTP is likely much less to non-existent. All resource/business/profits may be going into SSTP in short term, possibly indefinitely.
