A reply today from Hrct concerning the statement about being the third largest IT distributor by this year or 2005...

This is basically what they told me..
Depending on when the acquisitions actually take place in 2004, you could say that Hartcourt has 500 million revenue, and that they are the third largest..But the actual revenue of all the acquisitions may not be on the books until Q1 2005...So from the time of acquisition, Hartcourt would indeed be the third largest but all the revenue would not yet be realized..

So the plan hasn't really changed it just seems that we place more importance on the figure "the third largest"...I think they are more concerned with building this thing...jmho
