Ed..."witch - actually it sounds like a company that is going to make a lot of royalty money on CDMA2000 *and* WCDMA..."...For a moment there I thought you were talking about IDCC! But...not.

Rah, Rah, Rah!...Shish Boom Bah!...Qualcomm, Qualcomm,...Rah, Rah, Blaaahhhh!!!!

You know, it continues to confuse and disallusion me that a person like you can "supposedly" hold shares in this stock and continue to be so negative here. From what Data has implied, you are a real player in the industry, someone with extensive knowledge and experience to share, a member that could really make a contribution here to the overall understanding of wireless telecom...but unfortunately to me you sound more like a burnt out, frustrated mid leveller who hates his job and is going nowhere.

Why don't you just cash in, retire, sell your high dollar real estate and leave the California rat race... maybe grow a beard and buy a VW camper bus and go to Oregon and sell used Levi's in a flea market or something...Geesh.

I'll tell you what... If I could put together a group to buy all your shares of IDCC (assuming you have any) for today's close plus 10% net of gross ($28.11), would you promise to leave the board? Would that fit in to your "exit strategy"? Nah... I think you enjoy hanging around and throwing your little stink bombs.

So in spite of your skepticism and negativity there must be some little part of your educated and logical thinking process, maybe 5% of your alter ego that is keeping you around IDCC. That little corner of your frontal lobe that is telling you... "Now Ed, listen Ed. Don't sell out of IDCC...hold on to it...keep following the iHub board, because something could happen anytime and you know you don't want to miss out like you did when you read and believed all of those articles by the doomsdayers and got froggy about the millenium scare and sold all of your QCOM options for $10/sh in Mar 99 (Split adjusted Data) and put it all in gold, silver, Ozarka bottled water, Duracell, Coleman campstove gas, Log Cabin syrup and Aunt Jemima pancake mix..."
