Hi Seth. Read the thread again. The point is that millions of Mexicans currently use the internet (22 million) and internet usage is growing every year in Mexico, so the usual contention by those who try to suggest NMC will fail because Mexicans are too poor to afford it is bogus (and has been answered over and over again by myself and others).
