I inquired with SRSR about the funds and shares they were recieving from Creso and this is the respose..

"Anthony:

Creso is currently private company going public in Septmeber on the CDNX in Canada. They have about $8 million in the treasury, are based in Montreal and its president is Stuart Lee."
