I found it within minutes of the announcement without a problem. When you go to this page click on the top bar where it reads:

"COMPANY"

This will bring you to page that has "Contact Us"
( http://omobilepcs.com/contactus/ ) then you scroll down until you see the bold print and you can see that this O Mobile PCS is, in fact (Detroit Phone Cards):

"By Mail

O Mobile PCS (Detroit Phone Cards)
6500 Schaefer Street
Dearborn, MI 48126"
