LOL - I wouldn't say that...there is a lot of history to wade through on this one. Quick history:

Many of the longs on this board are from the JPHC(Pink Sheet) days (2005) before the merger with APO Health(OTCBB) in May 06 which created Paivis Corp(OTCBB). The merger resulted in former APO Health shareholders holding free-trading shares and former JPHC shareholders holding restricted shares. During the conversion of shares to new Paivis shares, various brokers (TDA, ETRADE, SCOTTRADE) put free trading shares in the former JPHC shareholders accounts. Many former JPHC shareholders began to sell the shares(with the brokers blessings) and flooded the market with hundreds of millions of restricted shares and drove the pps down to around .001 (low was .0007). Shareholders who sold the restricted securities were having million dollar + margin calls on their accounts. Other investors (including JPHC shareholders who did not sell their restricted securities) bought up as much of the restricted shares speculating that there would be a massive short squeeze...which happened in JULY06...Paivis ran up 25,000+% over the course of several days. Then bam..the company reversed split in Aug06 and we have been sitting on our restricted shares ever since. LOL Now, Paivis is moving forwarded and increasing the revenue base, and restricted shareholders are filing 144 forms to be in the position to sell when they decide to. I believe many who have filed have already sold. But some longs are staying in to see what the next 6-12 months brings. Much speculation, much history, much DD by both sides of the fence...and a shiny new black vette on the line...right Dallas?!? wink
